Beavers from 5th/10th Horsham Weald Scout Group - Brooker Colony rolled up their sleeves and got stuck in to a wood clearance project to support a local pre-school.The pre-school has recently started a Forest School where young children have the opportunity to learn more about the outdoors.
Scouts including Beavers get to know the outdoors very well but for some children getting their feet wet and hands muddy or getting so close to nature is not so common place.
The Beaver Colony worked hard to remove weeds to allow other plants in Forest School area to grow through.
Well done Beavers for a good day's work!
